VinyasA YOGA TEACHER
About me
Hello, and welcome here!
I first started yoga to balance my CrossFit and running routines. Witnessing the benefits of yoga postures, breathwork and meditation on my own body and mind, I decided to become a yoga teacher.
My intention is to help people to step out of their busy routine and to take better care of themselves.
Yoga with me
You can expect dynamic vinyasa flows, with hands-on adjustments. My classes are open to all levels and conditions, with variations offered for all bodies. My guidance fosters curiosity, challenge and kindness.
Teacher training and experiences
In 2023, I completed a 200h yoga teacher training with Alina Bialek in London.
During the 10 months course, I gave online and corporate classes under her supervision and assisted her classes to practive my hands-on adjustments.

SOLIDARITY Q&A
🤔 What is solidarity yoga?
Yoga has amazing benefits, on and off the mat. All your contributions will go to a charity.
❤️ How does the donation system work?
Each month, we will support a different charity or person in need. I’ll share a link with all attendees so they can add their contribution.
💸 How much should I give?
The participation is up to you. Please be mindful of the typical cost of a yoga class and your own budget. If you attend multiple classes, you can make one larger contribution.
YOGA Q&A
📍 Where does the class take place?
At Jardin des Tuileries, very close from the Louvre. The exact location is here.
🧳 What do I bring?
Comfy clothes, a bottle of water and a yoga mat or large towel. Sunglasses may be useful as well!
Please arrive in your outfit, as there will be no changing room!
🌦️ What if it rains?
Sadly the class will be cancelled.
🤸 Is the class beginner friendly?
Absolutely, there will be options for all. Let me know if it’s your first class or if you’re injured.
RESOURCES
Here is a selection of resources for those who wish to go beyond the yoga mat. I hope they will be a source of inspiration and support!
The dangers of sitting
It is essential to exercise for good health, but not enough.
Running or practising yoga regularly doesn’t compensate for being sedentary and we must find ways to sit less to stay healthy.
I love this calculator from the charity Just Stand. Use it to help you and those around you understand the negative effects of sitting on your physical and mental health.
A book about breathing
Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art by James Nestor.
I learned a lot about nasal versus mouth breathing and the impact on our health (beyond keeping us alive).
If you don’t really understand why we are encourage to breathe through our noses in yoga, I can only recommend!
I first listened an interview with James Nestor before reading the book.
